This burgh force was created in 1847, with the strength of 14members, which had risen to 21 by the year 1900. It amalgamated with the Invernesshire Constabulary in 1968.
Stammped as badge #11
A very rare badge, in excellent condition. As worn during WW1. This badge is that rare that none of the reference works have it listed!
